VK Summit Dinner - Saturday 2nd May
Note: Dinner bookings are essential and will close at
17:00 on Friday 24 April 2026.
Location: Stanley room at Commercial Club Albury (a few paces from the exhibition room)
Time: 17:30 arrival/drinks, 18:00 sit down for 18:15 dinner
Cost: $39.50 (including booking fee) per person for dinner, drinks at bar prices
Menu: Alternate drop
Dinner roll with butter included with all meals
1) Chicken and Pesto Mignon (gf)
chicken breast, filled with chicken and pesto mousse, wrapped in bacon, baked, creamy pesto sauce
2) Beef Cheek (gf/df)
slow cooked with root vegetables, red wine tomato sauce, garlic mash, vegetables
Special Diets: Commercial Club will cater for all special diets, please advise when booking
Table setting: Round tables, white table cloth, 10 people per table
Bar located in dinner room
VK Dinner booking is part of the VK Summit registration process.
Payment for dinner is collected at the end of the registration process.
VK Summit sponsors have donated some great prizes. All dinner attendees (except exhibitors) will got into a prize draw to be conducted at the dinner.
